Scott Culpepper
Scott began his career as a Coos County Deputy District Attorney before working as an associate attorney at the Walsh Building’s prior practice, Muenchrath Law. In addition to his private practice, Scott serves as the City of Coquille Municipal Judge, the City of Reedsport Municipal Judge, and manages the Coos Defense Alliance. He spends his free time playing with his cats, lifting weights, and driving up and down the Oregon coast to look at the ocean with his spouse. Scott’s passion is client service and being your advocate both in and out of the courtroom.

Andrew Wilson
Andrew handles criminal defense and family law in Coos County. He started his legal practice at Southwestern Oregon Public Defenders, and that work still shapes how he practices today. Most of his clients are meeting the legal system for the first time. Andrew is there to guide them through it. Whether he is defending someone charged with a first-time DUII, or helping a parent through a dissolution case, Andrew protects his clients' rights and helps them find a way forward. Around the office, he is known for early mornings, dad jokes, and watching Formula 1 on the weekends.

Rachel is often the first person our clients ever talk to about their legal matter. She is known for being a great listener, having a deep reservoir of relatable life experience, and for knowing the best place to get food wherever you might go. When not at work, Rachel can be found caring for her family, on the hiking trail, or volunteering at the Oregon Autism Society.
